François Ménard is the Founder and CEO of PULR Technologies Inc., the inventor of the Helitag™ and a multi-faceted entrepreneur with a 30-year career span in high-tech, consulting-engineering and deep-tech. He holds over 25 patents in the field of integrated optics, micro-electro-mechanical systems, semiconductor packaging, cable pulling adapters and helical attachments to cables and conduits. He is now tackling fintechs for at least the next decade where RAIN RFID Sensors can become the source of truth as part of compliance smart contracts for numerous markets.
